We are pleased to share that researchers from the eNargiZinc project participated in Faraday Conference held in Nottingham on 08-10/09/2026.

Presentation

This poster focused on the materials synthesis of nitrogen doped hard carbon anodes for sodium ion batteries using 2,4,6-Triaminopyrimidine. Thereby, the sodium storage dependent on different nitrogen locations was investigated as well as the impact of nitrogen doping onto the solid electrolyte interphase.

Impact and dissemination

Presenting a research poster at the Faraday Institution Conference will reach a broad audience of researchers across the UK battery and energy-storage community. The poster provided an opportunity to communicate the project’s methodology, findings and wider significance to researchers working in related areas, while facilitating technical discussion, knowledge exchange and networking with academic and industry researchers.
